1. Please note that earlier in the year the board of directors went out to bid for work related to the repaving of the community streets which, in some areas, are almost 35 years old. You may have noticed over the years the numerous slurry projects the HOA has performed which have extended the life of the streets from about 25 years to 34 years in some of the original phases, but the time has come to repave. as cracks can no longer be filled due to their size and depth and the general condition of the asphalt has deteriorated. Fortunately, thanks to the financial prudence of the board and the board's many years of planning for this project, funds are available for this expensive project so no special assessment will be needed!
Please see the attached document and note that it, as well as updates, will be available on the homepage of the HOA website. Check the website frequently during the project and email me issues during normal business hours, call our security guards 24/7 and see our paving company's contact information on the bottom of the attached flyer if you have any specific questions for their office.
Finally, note that vehicles parked on the street during the project that interfere with the repaving WILL BE TOWED at the owner's expense so please make sure you understand and comply with instructions issued on where to park during each of the numerous phases.

Few HOA's can boast the experience of our board members and community manager. Of the 5 board members who are serving the HOA, 2 have over 50 years of combined experience and the community manager has served the community since 2003 as past president, treasurer, secretary, member and current HOA manager.
2. Residents are reminded to rely only on official HOA email correspondence and this board of directors approved website for HOA information and note that social media groups often propagate incomplete information or misinformation.
3. Residents are reminded to report issues related to inoperable street lights and poorly maintained landscape matters to management. Photos are very helpful when reporting these matters to management. Report suspicious activity inside and at the perimeter of the HOA to security 24/7.
